Shipping Policy

We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier. After payment is verified, the order will be processed and prepared for shipping. Please allow up to 72 hours for order to be shipped. We send an email confirmation containing the tracking number to customers when orders are shipped.

Please be mindful that orders placed on Friday after 4pm CST will not ship until the following Monday.

Orders placed with standard shipping can arrive between 5-7 days after order is shipped. Length of time will vary depending on your zip code. 

If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order, please contact your local USPS to inquire about your delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of USPS.

 

Return/Exchange Policy

We offer an exchange or store credit within 5 days of the purchase date. There are NO REFUNDSWe are not liable for any return packages lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. Clothing must not be worn or damaged. All tags must be attached. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Any information customers provide will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in way without consent. Any personal information such as customer name, phone number, address, e-mail address, products purchased, etc, obtained through sheador.com is private, secured and will never be released to any third party.
